At the General Session of the Peace of Our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County By Adjournment on Wednesdy.
the Ninth Day of December 1761. In the Second
Year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord George
the Third by the Grace of God bring of Great
Britain Etc Before Thomas Lane< no role > George
Errington< no role > George Greener< no role > John Smart< no role > Esquires
& others their Fellows Justices of Our said Lord
the King Assigned to keep the Peace of Our said
Lord the Bring in the County aforesaid & also to
hear & Determine divers Felonies Trespasses
and other Misdemeanors Committed in the same
County.

It is Ordered that the final hearing & determination of the
Matters of the Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington in this County exhibited
at the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for this County
by Adjournment on Wednesday the 28th. of October last against
a certain Warrant or Order of Removal therein mentioned
whereby Ann Marsden< no role > Spr . was removed to the said Parish by
the Church wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Margaret in the City of Westminster (which Appeals stands
duly Adjourned unto this Day) be & the same is hereby & bye)
with the Consent of the Respondents & their Council further
Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
peace to be holden for this County And that all Parties concernd
do attend the Court at the said next Session at Hicks Hall aforesd.
upon Tuesday the Twelfth day of January next (being the
Second day of the same Session so intended to be holden) by Nine
of the Clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment and
Determination of the Court there concerning the Premisses.
