At the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the same County (by Adjournment) On Thursday
the Twenty Second Day of October 1761. in the First
year of the Reign of King George the Third.

It is Ordered and Directed that John Higgs< no role > Gent . Trear of
this County do out of the County Money in his hands & remaining
due to the Estate of William Jones< no role > deced late Governor or Keeper
of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell either in his own
right or as Executor of the last Will and Testament of Henry
Wallbank
< no role > deced formerly Governor & Keeper of the said House
of Correction Pay unto James Waller< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the Peace
of this County The Sum of Ten pounds Six Shillings & Four pence
for his Fees of Prisoners Discharged from the House of Correction
aforesaid in and after the several Sessions held herein the
Month of April May July September October and December
1760. and January February March and May last past receiv'd
by the said late Keepers to his use and Payable and secured
by their Bonds respectively And that the receipt of the said
Clerk of the Peace or his Deputy together with this Order
shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer
for such Payment
