being Opened by Mr. Roberts the Deponent went out, and
saw the Deced & several more in the Entry, and several of
them Arm'd with Sticks, and that the Deced & his Company
then entered the passage heading to the Room where Dean & his Companions were
& very soon after he heard that the Deced was wounded.

All the before mentioned Depositions
were severally taken & acknowledged
the 14th, day of October 1761. before Me
