Who being on Oath says that on Saturday Night last about
10 o Clock as he was standing at his Bar one Elisha
Hannah< no role > came to him & asked him for a stick, says he
told him that he had none, says that he then passed by
the Barr into this Informant's Kitchin but that he
not see him return but says that immediately afterwards
one Catherinethis Informant's Servant come to
him & said Lord Sir the Gentleman has taken out
the Poker or Words to that Effect, says that in after Minutes
the said Hannah came into this Informant's House wh.
some Friends & went into the Kitchin whether this
Informt. went & saw a Woman which sd. Hannah
had received, says that in a short time afterwards a Person
now present who calls himself Dane was brought into
his House Prisoner as the Person who had given the
said Wound, says that the said Mr. Dean delivered this
Informt. his Sword which he now has in his Custody
