then turned the said Petitioner Out of Doors threw his Hat after
him and bid him be gone from the House having no Business to
Employ him Nor Able to provide him Sustenance And the said
Petitioner in and by his said Petition further Setting Forth That
the said Petitioners said Master still Absconds and Secretes
himself and has not any Business whatever to Employ the said
Petitioner Nor doth the said Petitioner know where to find him so
that the said Petitioner as it is alledged in and by the said PetitionFurther Settiing
Forth that he
Now is and from the time of his being turned out
of Doors hath hither to been Totally Destitute of all Manner of
Necessarys and is in a Starving Condition And therefore Praying
in and by his said Petition that the Court Would take his Case into
Consideration and Discharge him from the said John Robinson< no role >
and the said Indenture And that the said John Robinson< no role > may
refund and pay back to him or his Father so much of the said Sum
of Eight Pounds and Eight Shillings as to the Court shall seem
Meet in Order that the said Petitioner may Put himself
Apprentice to Another Master for the residue of the said Term
Whereupon it was by an Order Made by the said Court on the said
Fourteenth Day of September Ordered that the said John Robinson< no role >
should have Notice of the said Petition and that he and all Parties
concerned should Attend the Court at this same Session On Thursday
the Seventeenth Day of the same Month of September at Nine
of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and Abide the Judgment and
determination of the said Court touching the Premises At Which
Day the said Court further Adjourned the hearing and determining
of the said Petition unto this present Saturday the 19th.Friday the eighteenthDay of the same
Month of September [..] The aforesaid Session being now holden by
Adjournment as above mentionedof the Parties aforesaid proceeded to the hearing of the Matter of
the said Petition

then therepresent and having heard What was Alledged by
