At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the said County by adjournment) on Thursday the
Seventeenth Day of September 1761. in the First Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God King of
Great Britain Etc. Before Thomas Lane< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role > Paul
Vaillant
< no role > Theodore Sydenham< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the peace of our said Lord
the King in the County aforesaid And also to hear and Determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanors Committed
in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Fulham in the said County of Middlesex Did at this present
Session On Monday last exhibit their Petition and Appeal
to this Court Therein Setting Forth that by an Order of Removal
under the Hands and Seals of John Upton< no role > and William Timbrell< no role >
Esqrs. two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster and County of Middx. (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the First Day of July
last James Jones< no role > Aged about Eight Years was removed
and Conveyed form the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the Liberty aforesaid in the said County to the said Parish
of Fulham as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
said James Jones< no role > Whereby the Petitioners Apprehended themselves
to be Aggrieved Which Appeal by An Order of this Court stands
Adjourned unto this Day Now upon hearing of the said Petition
and Appeal in the Presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. George Hanover
Square and their Councel It is Ordered by and with the Consent
of the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. George Hanover Square and their Councel That
the said Order of Removal and Adjudication of the said two
Justices of the Peace be and the same is hereby Vacated And
Discharged and the appeal aforesaid is hereby allowed And
this Court Doth further Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers
