The Information of Wn. Foster< no role > & Janes. Lewis< no role > & Tho Hensley< no role >
taken before me one of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the said County.

Who being Jointly & severally on Oath say & first these
Jus W foster & Tho Lewis< no role > for themselves say that between
One & two the Morning there Justs coming home [..]
discovered two Persons now Present who calls themselves
Danl Ryan< no role > & Francis Barton< no role > a carrying Timber on
then Shoulders and on there Justs. enquiring how they came
by the Timber they were answered that they were
removing off by night and that the Timber was their
Property And this Jus Tho Hensley< no role > for himself saith
that last night he lost six Pecies of Timber in a Yard
in Bunhill Row (where this Jus is a repairing a house)
and this Morning [..] Jus discoverd that two of there
Peices were Stole away And this Jus further saith
that the sd. Peices of Timber found on the sd. Ryan &
Barton by the other Just. are as he believes his &
Property & stole out of the sd Yard by the sd Ryan &
Barton.
