Mary Ferrall< no role > as Accessary}

Middlesex


Stephen Beck< no role > of the Parish of Saint George in the East in the
County of Middlesex Brazier the Prosecutor in this Cause
Maketh Oath that having lost great Quantities of Braziery
Goods he discovered that the abovenamed Robert Cox< no role > his
Apprentice had Stolen Sundry of his said Goods & disposed of
them or part there of to the other Defendant Wherefore this
Deponent hath comenced a Prosecution against them as
above And the Bill of Indictment was found Yesterday But
this Deponent further saith that the said Robert Cox< no role > is
absconded and gone away so that this Deponent cannot
Apprehend him and bring him to Tryal at this Session And
lastly this Deponent saith that he shall use his utmost
Endeavours to bring the said Principal to Speedy Justice.
