Charles Dunlop< no role > , of St. Martin's Watchmaker , on his Oath says that
on Sunday the 10th. day of May Instant being at the Cardigan
head Tavern at Charing Crosse , with another Gentleman
and about 3 o'Clock in the afternoon, Depont. heard the
Report of a Pistol in the House, and going up Stairs he
found Capt. Jaspar in a Chairupon the Ground,and heard him say
that he was the Agressor, and repeated again I am the
Agressor, and this Deponent at the repeated request
of Mr. Brice stayed to hear what the Deced said.
