one of the High Constables
of
Stanes Division
within the Hundred of Spelthorne
in
this County hath exhibited his Petition to this Court
Setting forth that he hath served the Office of High Constable
for the said Division upwards of two Years and that he
hath clear'd and settled all his Accounts wth. the Treasurer
of this County and is Desirous of being discharged from the
same Office This Court doth appoint Thomas Pott< no role >
of
the Parish of Stanwell
in the Division of Stanes
aforesaid
to be High Constable
within the said Division and Hundred
aforesaid in the stead andandPlace of the said James
Froud< no role >
And doth Order that the said Thomas Pott< no role >
do
forthwith after notice hereof attend the Court at this
Present Session to be holden by Adjournment at this
Place on Wednesday next and take his corporal Oath
before the said Court for the due execution of his said
Office and from and after the said Thomas Pott< no role >
his taking
such Oath the said James Froud< no role >
is to Stand absolutely
discharged from being High Constable
for the said
Division of Stanes
according to the Prayer of the
