holding by the Door, and Capt, Jasper ask'd Deponent if
he had secured him, Deponent answered Here he is, and
at the same time pointing at Mr. Brice, Capt. Jaspar
then said it was very well, Deponent says that then Mr.
Brice said to Capt, Jaspar, My Dear Jaspar I hope you'll
forgive me Deponent did not hear Capt, Jaspar make any
