At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks
Hall in St John Street in the same County by Adjourn-
ment on Thursday the Seventh Day of May 1761
in the 1st. year of the Regin of King George the third

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Treasurer of this County of do pay to James Sturges Adams< no role > One Pound Sixteen Shillings and eight Pence
in full of his Account for subsistance of Vagrants
to this Day And that the Receipt of the said James Sturges Adams< no role > together with this Order shall be a
sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for such
Payment.
