Victr . Taken before me this 1st day of Dec
1760

Who being on Oath says that on Sunday Night the 21st. of
Septr last he had Stole out of his House one Quarter
Silver Mugg and says that he is very Possitive one James
Hicks< no role > feloniously Took and carried away the same became
the said Hicks come into this Informant's House & called
for a Tankard of Beer and presently went out him
paying for the Beers and Took the Mugg with him [..]
farther says that he verily believes one Richd. Norris< no role > an done
Saml. Sutherin wood< no role > are concerned in the said Robbery for
that he saw them at his Window at the time the said Mugg
was Stolen
