At the General Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King for the County of Middx at
Hick's Hall in St. Jno. Street in the County
aforesaid by Adjournment On Thursday the fourth
day of December 1760 in the first Year of the Reign
of king George the third over Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by the Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > the Treasurer &
this County Do pay to Mr James Sturges Adams< no role > Five Pounds and four
pence in full of his Account for Subsistance Etc of Vagrants to this day
And that the Receipt of the said James Sturges Adams together with
this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for
such Payment
