Peace holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the
County aforesaid by Adjournment on
Wednesday the Tenth day of September in
the Thirty fourth Year of the Reign of King
George the Second Etc

On the Prosecution of Christian grotwell< no role > and Ann< no role > his wife
for a Trespass and Midemeanor
Whereas by Order of this Court made Yesterday upon the Defts
Default of Appearance to prosecute and Try his Traverse upon
the Indictment against him pursuant to his Notice and the
Condition of his Recognizance for that purpose It was Ordered
and directed that he should pay to the said prosecutors the sum
of Thirty Shillings for their Corts in Attending then to prosecute
the said Indictment and that the Trial of the said Traverse
should Hands Adjourned to the next Sessions and that he should
not be Admitted to take his Trial and discharge his said
Recognizance till the said Thirty Shillings shoudl be so paid
and satisfied Now upon Motion [..] this Day made by Mr.
Janes of Councel with the said Defendant And the said Thirty
Shillings being now left in the Hands of the Clerk of the peace
for the use of the said Prosecutors It is Ordered and directed by
this Court that so much of the said Ordered of yesterday a Respective
the putting off the said Trial shall be Vacated And that the said Deft
be at Liberty to Try his Traverse on Friday Morning next at Nine
of the Clock and the said Prosecutors with then Witnesses
