The Information of Henry Gregory< no role > & Tho Byley< no role >
taken before me one of his majestys Justice of
the Peace for the said County

Who being severally on Oath say and first this Jus Hours
Gregory for himself saith That on Thursday last he this Jus
discovered to have been stole from him sevd. Deal boards
a screens & two Ladders and this Jus. Thos. Byles< no role > for
himself saith That above a Fortnight age he this Jus saw a
Man now present that Calls himself Roger Allen< no role > . take out of the Caliar
sevd Degl Boards but this Jus beth the sd Roger was the Lord
of the sd. Gregory he did not offer to stop but lett him
Carry our away his Jus Henry Gregory< no role > for himself
saith that the sd. allen did formerly work for him as a Journey and
but was discharped from him about a forenight before
the sd. Boards & their&s were taking out of his Cellar which sd. things was taken
as he bels. by the sd. Roger allen< no role >
