Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Thomas Hunt< no role >
for himself saith that a Remnant of Muslin now produced and
showed to him, is his Property and was feloniously Taken and carried way
form this Informat on or about the 19 th,.of December last past and this
Information Elizabeth [..] Izand for herself saith that on or about the
15th of April last the above Elizabeth Burnett Told this Informant
that she had Pawned a Piece of Muslin for one John Elliott< no role >
now
present, says that sometime after this having some Inspiecion that
the said Elliott must have Stolen the said Muslin, she this Informs.
together with the said Elizabeth Burnett< no role >
, went to the above Thomas
Hunt< no role >
with whom the said Elliott had lately been Servant, and
Informed him of what had Passed who declared that he had
last several thing sent of his shop and that he Inspected the
said John Elliott< no role >
, and Lastly this Informant Elizabeth
Burnett for herself saith, that sometime in the Month
of March last she received from John Elliott< no role >
nor present
a Remnant of Muslin now Produced, and pawned the same
by his directions for the Sum of six shillings
