Who being upon Oath says that a Person now present who calls herself
Catherine Beard< no role >
came into her House on Saturday Night last about
Eight a Clock to get Silver for half a guinea at which time a
guinea laid upon the Bar, That this Infromt. went to the bottom of
the Stains to call her Husband down,Stainswhen she saw the said
Catherine Beard< no role >
feloniously take and carry away from off the said
Bar the aforesaid guinea, Says that she immediatly tar'd the said
Catherine Beard< no role >
with takingofit, which she absolutely Denyed [..] ,
tho' this Informt. possitively saw her take it away,
