The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Wimbleton in the County of Surry

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals
of G: Wrighte and Richd: Manley< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one
of the Quorum) bearing Date the 3d: Day of Octr: 1758
Mary Winter< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster to the said Parish of Wimbleton
as the Place of her last legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners
Conceive themselves to be aggrieved And against the said Order
do appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that the Benefit of the sd: Appeal may be saved
unto And that the Hearing and Determination
thereof may be adjourned untill the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden
for the said County of Middx or untill such
Day as the Court shall think proper to
Direct or appoint.
