the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John street
in and for the County aforesaid by adjournment on Tuesday the twenty
fourth day of October in the Thirty Second year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that Pricilla< no role > the Wife of James May< no role > [..]
the Prosecutrix of an Indictment against William Duggan< no role > for a Trespass and
assault do Shew Cause unto this Court on friday next at Eleven of the Clock
in the forenoon why the Tryall of the sd. Defts Traverse Should not be put of untill
the next General Session of the peace to be holden for this County and Why
the Recognizance Entered into by the said Deft for the Tryall of his
Traverse at this Sessions Should not be respited by this Court untill
the Said next Sessions
