To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Session of the
peace held by Adjournment in and for the said County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or order of removal under the Hands
and Seals of Richard Ricards< no role > and Thomas Quarrill< no role > Esquires two of [..]
his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (where of one
is of the Quorum) bearing date the ninth day of March last Rebecca
Whitehead< no role > Widow of John Whitehead< no role > deceased and their two Children,
vizt. Elizabeth< no role > aged upwards of eleven Years and William< no role > aged upwards
of ten Years were removed from the parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the said County of Middlesex to the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
aforesaid as the place of their last legal Settlement,

That your Petitioners thinKing themselves apprieved by the
said pass Warrant or order of Removel do therefore appeal
against the same And humbly pray you Worships to make
such order concerning the premises as to your Worships shall
seem meet

And you Petitioners shall ever pray
