At the General Quarter Session of the peace holden by
Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the
County of Middlesex on Tuesday the fourth Day of April 1758 in the thirty first
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King
of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of Saint Mary White Chapel within mentioned have Notice of the
within petition and Appeal And that they and all parties Concerned Do
Attend this Court on Friday next at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon of the same
Day then and there to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the Matters contained in the said Appeal
