To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions of the peace held by
Adjournment in and for the said County assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in
the said County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by a pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of
Richard Ricards< no role > and Thomas Quarrill< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the ninth
Day of March last Phillis Whitehead< no role > Wife of John Whitehead< no role > (who is gone from her
to Sea ) and their Child John< no role > Aged about Three years were removed from the Parish
of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County of Middlesex to the parish of [..]
Leonard Shoreditch aforesaid as the place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the said pass
Warrant or Order of removal do therefore Appeal against the same And
humbly pray your Worships to make such Order concerning the premisses
as to your Worships shall seem meet

And your petitioners shall ever pray
