, a Rogue and Vagabond was found
wandering abroad and begging in the
Parish of St. George
Hanover
Square
in the said Liberty not having a Legal Settlement there
And Whereas the said Anne Smith< no role >
was brought before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the City & Liberty
aforesaid
(by Henderson Does< no role >
) in order to be delt with according to Law
These are therefore to require you the said
High Constable
to pay unto the said
Henderson Doe for apprehending
the said Vagrant the Sum of Ten Shillings pursuant to the
Statute in that Case and do & provided, Given under my Hand &
Seal this 23d: day of Februay 1758.
