Westminster . To wit


To the Constable, Headborough , Tithingman, and other Officer
of the Peace of the Parish of St. James with in
the Liberty of Westminster

within the saidto receive and convey.
and to the Church-Wardens Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish, Place or Precinct of St Martin
in the Fields in the said Liberty of Westminster
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Nathaniel Lowry was

apprehended in the Parish of St. James
as a Rogue and Vagabond, (Videlicet) is an ring and begging

and upon Examination of the said Nathaniel Lowry< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that his last legal
Place of Settlement is in the Parish of Saint
Martin in The fields within the Liberty of Westminster

These are therefore to require you the said Constable and other Officer
to Convey the said Nathaniel Lowry< no role >
in the next direct Way to the said Parish
of St Martin in the fields and there to deliver him to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be provided for according to Law. And you the said
Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, and Overseer of the Poor , are hereby re-
quired to receive the said Nathaniel Lawry< no role >
and provide for him as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this
Eighteenth. Day of April in the Year of our Lord 175 8
