Claremont Septr. 8th. 1755

Gentleman,


Being informed, That the Widow
Northcote is Married; & that by Her
Marriage, The Place of House Keeper of
Hicks's Hall & Cryer of the Court, is
become vacant, I desire the Forvor of
you, to appoint in Her Place, Mr.
John White< no role > , whose Fidelity is well
known to me, I am persuaded, That
the Office will be executed to your
Satisfaction; & I shall esteem myself
much obliged to those who will have
a Regard to my Recommendation
upon this Occasion.
