At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by
Adjournment on Thursday the fifth day of December in the Twenty eighth year of
the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

A Bill of Mr. Richard Holmes< no role > Bricklayer having been produced to this Court for
Work done at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County amounting to the Sum
of Twenty Pounds fifteen Shillings and nine pence And it appearing to this Court that
the said Bill hath been examined and Settled by Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . One of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County It is Ordered by this Court That Mr. John
Higgs
< no role > Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay the Sum of Ten pounds fifteen Shillings
and nine pence part of the said Sum of Twenty pounds fifteen Shillings and nine pence
and the further Sum of ten pounds when he shall have sufficient Money in his hands for
that purpose out of the Moneys received for the County Rents unto the said Richard Holmes< no role >
in full of his said Bill whose Receipt or Receipts together with this Order shall be
sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for the payment of the said Sum of Twenty
pounds fifteen Shillings and nine pence.
