To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of William Caslon< no role > and William
Withers
< no role > Esqr . Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid (where of one is of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty Ninth Day of October last past
Sarah Smeaton< no role > , Widow -was removed from the
Parish of Saint Luke in the County to the Parish
of Saint Mary Le Bone in the County aforesaid as the
place of her last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray
this Court will please to appoint a time
for hearing and Determining the said
Appeal and that all persons concerned
may then Attend.

And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
