At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by
Adjournment on Thursday the fifth day of December in the Twenty [..] year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

A Bill of Mr. Richard Jupp< no role > and Son Carpenters having been produced to this
Court for Work done at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County amounting
to the Sum of Thirty seven pounds Eight Shillings and six pence And it appearing to
this court That the said Bill hath been examined and settled by Boulton Mainwarring< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for said County It is Ordered by
this Court That Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasures of this County do forthwith pay the Sum of
Thirty pounds Eight Shillings and six pence part of the said Sum of Thirty seven pounds
Eight Shillings and six pence and the further Sum of Seven pounds when he shall have
sufficient money in his hands for that purpose out of the Moneys received for the County
Rents unto the said Richard Jupp< no role > in full of his said Bill where Receipt or Receipts
together with this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasu [..] the
payment of the said Sum of Thirty seven pounds eight Shillings and six pence
