These are to Certify That at the Session of the peace
Holden for the County of Middx at Hick's Hall in St. John
Street in the said County on Saturday the 11th. day of April 1752
Athanasins Darby< no role > being Convicted on two several Indictmts.
for persuading 2 persons to Enlist in the Service of ye French
King was Ordered to be Imprisoned for ye Space of 2 Years
and fined in the Sum of forty Shillings for each Offence
and that I have this day received the Sum of four pounds
in full of the said Fines as Witness my Hand this 4th: day
of December 1754 .
