Gaddesden
in the County of Hertford
Sheweth
That by an order under the hands & Seals of

of the peace
for the sd. County of Middlesex
dated the sixth day of September
last past
Ann Fitzpatrick< no role >
the Widow
of
Constant Fitzpatrick< no role >
deced with her two Children (vizt)
Mary< no role >
aged three years or
there abouts and
Margaret< no role >
aged ten months or there abouts were
removed from the parish of Saint Gyles in the Fields
in the said
County of Middlesex
to the said parish of Great Gaddesden
as th
elast legal place of their Settlement at which place
they the said Ann
[..] Fitz Patrick and her Children Mary
and Margaret are now ill of the small pox.
That your Petitioners humbly apprehend they are
aggreived by the said Order, Do therefore appeal there from
to your Worships and humbly pray that you will be
pleased to hear them in the Premisses and order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Saint Gyles in the Fields
do appear
before your Worships at a certain day to be appointed
and to stand to and abide the Judgment & determination
of your Worships touching the said Appeal.
And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
