Sheweth
That your Petitioner was on the
Twenty Seventh Day of December
last comitted to
the Goal of Newgate charged on Oath with having
feloniously Stolen taken and carried away a large
quantity of Drapery Goods to the Value of Three
Hundred Pounds and upwards the property of
James
Hay< no role >
Your Petitioner therefore humbly
Prays that he may at this present
Sessions be brought to his Trial for the
said Supposed Offence or in default
there of that he may be Bailed or
discharged
And your Petitioner Shall ever pray
