Goodman< no role > of the same parish yeoman to ask demand and receive
of you the said sum of four pounds and five Shillings so laid out
and Expended on Account of the above mentioned premisses and to
give you a proper Discharge upon receipt of the same Now wee do
hereby give you Notice that in Case you neglect or refuse forthwith
to pay to the said Robert Goodman the said Sum of four pounds and
five Shillings so laid out and Expended upon Demand that wee
intend to move the said present General Quarter Session of the peace
for the said City and liberty of Westmr: which will beheld by Ad-
journment on Friday the 13th: day of December next that qour re
cognizance Entred into with Suretys before Paul Ellers< no role > Esqr : one of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County of Oxford (and
transmitted to the said General quarter sessions of the peace for the
City and liberties of Westmr) For your personall appearance at
the present General quarter Sessions of the peace for the said City
and liberty Westmr. in order to perform the said order of the said two
Justices and to abide such other order as the said Justices of the peace
or the Major part of them then and there present should think fit to
make in that behalf may e Estreated In his Majestyes
Chequer for the Hon performance of the said order of the said two
