and their two Children Hannah< no role > aged eight years and Elizabeth< no role >
aged four Years were removed from out of the parish of
saint Botolph Bishopsgate London unto the said Parish of
Saint Mary Magdalen Bermondsey as the place of their last
legal Settlement And now upon hearing the matters of the
said petition & Appeal It appeareth to this Court upon [..]
Examination of the [..] said William Staples< no role > [..] [..] that Robert Staples< no role > the Father
of him the [..] said William staples < no role > was born in the parish of Saint
Mary Magdalen aforesaid and [..] served an Apprentice-
ship in the precinct of Bridewell London That he removed from
thence into the parish of Saint, Botolph Bishopsgate aforesaid
but gained no Settlement there That the said William Staples< no role >
went with his said father in to the said parish of Saint Botolph
Bishopsgate It appears also upon to Oath of the said [..] said Father is Dead and that he the that there was a contract
between the sd. pauper's Father and one Bloxham a
Leather Cutter in Bishopsgate Parish aforesaid that the said
Pauper, should serve the said Bloxham for one years at the
Wages of three Pounds to Ann, and [..] that he the sd [..]
did lived with ye. Bloxham in the sd [..] of st [..] thereOne year and an half But that he was no party
to the agreement nor knew of such Contract till after he had
left his service Upon which it is Ordered that the final
hearing and Determination of the [..] said Appeal be and the
same is here by Adjourned unto the next general Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden at the guildhall aforesaid on
Monday the Fifteenth Day of July now next ensuing.
