bearing date the fifth day of February 1754

Were Removed from the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
within the said City Liberty and County to the Parish of
Much Baddow
aforesaid
By which said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
Your Petitioners and Appellants Apprehend themselves Aggrieved
and do Appeal to this Court against the same
Therefore Your Petitioners and Appellants
pray that this Court will appoint a Day this
present Session for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Martin
and all persons concerned to Attend this Court to hear
and abide by the Judgment and Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal and that
Your Petitioners and Appellants may be Relieved in
the Premisses as this Court Shall seem meet
