To the Worshippfull his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their Generall
Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in
the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order bearing Date the
third day of Aprill 1754under the hands and Seals of
Benjamin Cox< no role > and John Fielding< no role > Esqrs . two of this Majestyes
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex Sarah< no role > the
Wife of Joseph Jennings< no role > and John< no role > their Son Aged two Years
were Removed from and out of the Parish of Saint Martin in
the Fields in the County aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint
Sepulchre as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved
by the said Pass Warrant or Order and therefore humbly
Crave leave to Appeal against the Same

And your Petrs. Shall ever Pray Etc
