To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
County of Middlesex in their Generall Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary Guildford in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant dated the Tenth Day of August last
under the Hand and Seal of Thomas Lediard< no role > Esquire one of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of Westminister in the
County of Middlesex William Hackman< no role > therein said to be a Rogue
and Vagabond with Mary< no role > his Wife were Past as Vagrants from the
Parish of Saint Margaret in the said City of Westminister to the said
Parish of Saint Mary Guildford as the Place of their last legal
Settlement.

That your Petitioners apprehending themselves aggreived by
the said Pass humbly appeal to this Court against the same And
Pray that the benefit of the said Appeal may be saved to them and
that the Hearing and determining thereof may be adjourned to the
next Generall Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for the said
County of Middlesex .

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
