Richard Bateman< no role > of the Parish of Saint James Clarkenwell in the
County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath that he this Dept did on
Monday the Ninth day of September Instant Deliver to the above named
Thomas Garway Budgen< no role > in Person a Notice in Writing directed to the said
Ann Budgen Appearing to this Dept to be Signed by the above named.

Henry Ladyman< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife purporting that the said Henry
Ladyman< no role > the Younger and Mary< no role > his Wife intended to appear and Plead
and try their Traverse of the said Indictment at the next Sessions of the Peace
to be held for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the said County as on this day at ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon this day being Thursday the twelfth day of September
Instant And this Dept further Saith that when this Dept delivered the
said Notice to the said Mr Budgen he Asked him whether he would take
it as good service for his Wife upon which he said he would or to that Effect
