To the Worshipfull his Majesty; Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex at their
General Session assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the County of Middx aforesaid.

Sheweth.

That by a pass dated the 16th day of August Cast
under the hand and Seal of Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr one of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middx Ann Row< no role > aged about thirteen Year therein
said to be a Vagabond was removed and Conveyed Rom
the parish of Saint Clement Danes in the sd County
to the sd: parish of Saint Mary White Chapel as the
place of her birth.

That your Petitioners and Appellants apprehending
themselves grieved by the said pass of the said Justices humbly
appeal to this Court againt the same.

Your Petrs. and Appellants therefore Pray this Court
will please to Order the Constable Church Warden and
Overseers of the poor of the sd. parish of St. Clement
Danes and All persons concerned to Attend this Court
some day this present Session to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the
premisses and that ye Petrs. and Appellants may be relieved
therein as this Court shall see meet
