Know all Men by these Presents That I John Taylor< no role > of the
parish of St. Giles's in the Fields in the County
of Middlesex Watchman , and Esther [..] my
Wife
have Remised, Released, an for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
to Remise, Release, and for ever quitt clayme unto William Ballding< no role >
of the Same parish Carpenter
His Heirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money, Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies,
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity,
or otherwise howsoever, which against the said William Ballding< no role >
We or either of usever had and which we or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have chaim, challenge
or demand, for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing.
