At ye last Sessions at Westmr you fined several Constable
among ye rest of 'em Two of this Parish John Speller< no role > , & James Stevenson< no role > for
not attending ye Jury according to your Directions As Speller & Stevenson
have been Excessively negligent of their Duty as Constables In many
Instances since they have been in Office I should be glad to have them
furnished And therefore desire you to give proper Orders to ye Officers of the
Court to have ye Fines you set on them levied In where Yor'e oblige
