To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Enfield
in the County of Middlesex
and to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Banstead
in the County of
Surry.

WHereas Complaint hath been made by you the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Enfield in the County
Middlesex unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace (whereof one is of the Quorum) for the County of
Middlesex aforesaid, that Joseph. Kirk< no role > Ann< no role > his Wife
and Ann< no role > their Daughter Aged Six Months
Nano
lately intruded themselves into your said Parish of Enfield
there to inhabit as Parishioner s contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, and there like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Ex-
amination and Enquiry made into the Premises, Upon the Oa [..]
of him the said Joseph Kirk< no role >
it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Joseph Kirk< no role > Ann his Wife and Ann
their Daughter are.
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish of Enfield ,
and that the late legal Place of
Settlement of the said Joseph Kirk< no role > Ann his Wife
and Ann their Daughter is in the said Parish of
Banstead .

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require
you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Enfield aforesaid , that you.
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the said Joseph
Kirk
< no role > Ann his Wife and Ann their Daughter
from your said Parish of Enfield
to the said Parish of Banstead .
and them deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
true Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case
made, forth with to receive the said Joseph: Kirk< no role > Ann
his Wife and Ann their Daughter
into their said Parish and provide for them
as their own Parishioners Given under our Hands and Seals the
29th Day of March in the Year of our
Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Fifty One
