To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Ware in the
County of Hertford

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order, of the
under the hands and Seals of Pierce Galliard< no role > and
Merry Teshmaker< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
bearing date the twenty sixth Day of January 1750
Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of Thomas Tyth< no role > otherwise Tide< no role >
with her three Children were removed from the
Parish of Endfield in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said parish of Ware as the place of
their last legall Settlement Whereby your Petition
think themselves aggreived and Appeal to this Court
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Pray this Court wife please to
Appoint a time fir hearing and
determining the said Appeal and
that all Persons concerned may
then Attend.

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
