Hicks hall Assembled

The humble Petition Appeal of the Overseers
of the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls in the same County

Sheweth


That by an Order under the hands and Seals of Boulton
Manwaring

Justice of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one of the
Quorum) bearing Date the 7th. Day of December 1750 Danl.

the Rolls adforesd. whereby your Petrs. conceive themselves
agrieved and agt. Order do Appeal

At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middx of at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid by adjourment on Tuesday teh 15th. Day of Janry
in the 24th. Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Grt . Britain etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. John Wappin
in this County have Notice of this Appeal and that they
and all Persons concerned do attend this Court on Friday
next at tenof the Clock in the fore noon to hear
and Abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the Said Appeal
