in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George [..]

and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep [..] in the County aforesaid [..]
also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds [..] in the same County [..]

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish [..] St Vedast Foster in [..]
London have exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this C [..] ing forth [..]
Order under the hand said Seals of Walter Berry< no role > Esqr. and Sir Samuel [..]
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx (whereof one is of [..]
second day of September last Mary Sing< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from the [..]
of Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Saint Vedast Foster as the
place of her last legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved and
appeal to this Court against the same Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them And that the hearing and
determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General QuarterSession of
the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell (upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons
concerned do attend the Court of the said next General QuarterSession of the Peace to be holden
for the said County of Middx by adjournment on Tuesdaythe fifteenthday of
Januarynext at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
[..] same Court touching the said Appeal.
