that he had a strong suspicion that a
person who calls himself Martin Cooley< no role >
and. Feloniously Steal & take a Pirkin of
small Beer his property of the value
of half a crown on the 26th day of
Augt: last because the said Martin
Cooley confess'd he sold the said
Pirkin of Beer to one Ann Brawan< no role >
& this Informt: saw the Pirkin & by
the mark knows is to be his properly
Secondly Ann Brawan maketh
Oath that the said Martin Cooley< no role >
sold to her the said Pirkin of small
beer on the 26 day of Augt: last
pretending he had in the city & did
not carry to curry is back again
