the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St John
Street in the said County on Monday the fourth Day of Septemr: in the
Twenty third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County of Middx have Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that
they and all persons concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday next
at Ten o' Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
