Upon hearing Councel on both sides It is Ordered by this Court that the traverse of

was entred into at the last Sessions It is Ordered by this Court that the
traverse of the said Ann Hall< no role > upon an Indictment against her for assaulting
George wood< no role > be tryed on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
And that the traverse of the said George Wood< no role > upon an Indictment
against him for wilfull & corrupt perjury be tryed imediatly after the trial
of the first mentioned Indictment
