lane in the said Parish Shoemaker
first of all Mr: Thomas Page< no role > maketh
Oath that about eleven of the clock
last night a person who calls himself
James Hill< no role > Assaulted him in the Area
near round court in the Strand & Feloniously
Stole & took from him a whig of the
value of forty shillings & that afterwards
he saw him drop is Secondly Alexander
Anderson
< no role > maketh Oath that he apprehended
the said James Hill< no role > upon the out cry
of Stop thief Thirdly Valentine Roe
Maketh Oath that he saw the said
James Hill< no role > drop the said whig &
he seized him
