That Your Petitioner was Committed to New
Prison Clerkenwell on the 13 Day of June last
for Assaulting one John Keeton< no role > and Committing
Sodomy upon him and new is in Newgate for
the Same

Your Petitioner therefore Humbly
Pray's that at this Present Sessions
of Gaol Delivery of Newgate he
may be tryd Bailed or Discharged
pursuant to the Statute in that Cate made & provided
